The short version: If you pay for WikrenaOS for the first time and it is not right for you, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. No interrogation. No complicated process.
1. The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
When you make your first payment on any WikrenaOS paid plan (Studio, Team, or Business), you are covered by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
If, within 14 calendar days of that first payment, you decide WikrenaOS is not right for your business, email us at legal@wikrenaos.com with your account email and Paystack transaction reference. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We do not require you to explain your reason. We do not charge a processing fee. We will not attempt to retain you with discounts before honouring the refund.
Important: The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first payment on each paid plan. Subsequent monthly renewal charges are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your WikrenaOS subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all features you paid for.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
- Your data is retained for 90 days after downgrade, giving you time to export or reactivate.
Cancellation outside the 14-day first-payment window does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge. If you wish to cancel, do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Renewal charges are non-refundable except in the circumstances described in Section 4 below.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Outside the 14-day window, we may in our sole discretion offer a partial or full refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service outage: If WikrenaOS experiences a verifiable outage affecting core features for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will credit your account with a pro-rated amount for the days affected.
- Billing error: If you are charged an incorrect amount due to a platform error, we will refund the difference promptly.
- Duplicate charge: If you are charged twice for the same period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Account terminated by us without cause: If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach of our Terms of Service, we will refund a pro-rated amount for the unused portion of your current billing period.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email legal@wikrenaos.com with your account email, transaction reference, and a brief description of the issue.
5. Free Plan
The Free plan is free. There are no charges and therefore no refunds applicable.
6. Downgrade Refunds
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, no refund is issued for the difference. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
7. Annual Plans
WikrenaOS currently offers monthly billing only. If annual plans are introduced in future, a separate refund policy will apply to those plans and will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email legal@wikrenaos.com with the following:
- Your full name and account email address
- Your Paystack transaction reference (found in your payment confirmation email)
- The date of the payment
- For exceptional circumstances: a brief description of the issue
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours on business days and process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original Paystack payment method.
